Hawker stall that sell different type of Ice Cream?

Wah, this is hard to find in Hawker centre. Actually this is a good idea to sell.
I know freshly baked cupcake and brownie, u can find in Shunfu Market & Food Centre.
Last time, Tiong Bahru market got one fried ice cream right ? is it back in the new upgraded food centre ??
