Fish Head Curry
Fish head cooked in curry. Both Indian and Chinese (and some Malay) eating places are known to cook this common dish. Styles vary and the distinction between the Indian and Chinese styles can be slight and subtle. The Indian version tends to have a curry of a redder shade, possibly due to a more liberal use of a wider variety of spices and condiments.
